Uh, delicious doesn't do this recipe justice. For lack actually of a better word, this was amazing! And yes, make sure you have enough leftover to enjoy it on day 2. Believe it or not, it actually tastes even better. I served mine with a home made roasted tomatillo salsa. I don't think you need anything else. The pork has so much flavor on it's own....

I love me some Melisa D'Arabian, but not this recipe. Lacked in flavor even with home made broth. I served it with cheese and sour cream but that only helped a tiny bit. I won't make this again. But I have so many other favorites from Melisa, like her Grilled Chicken Fajitas. Try it first, then thank me later. :)

I love me some Ina, but this recipe just didn't work for me. Although I wanted to use cod, the only thing I could get was snapper (which is recommended in the recipe). It was completely flavorless. Don't know what I did wrong as this is a very simple recipe. Boo hoo."

Oh my... Delicious is an understatement. This pie was amazing! So so so so good. I made this for Thanksgiving and I keep getting asked to make it again. It is so good. Yes, for some reason the crust recipe could probably make about 2 pies. So next time I will cut it in half. But that's nothing to complain about! Definitely one for the books!
