I just made this using four medium very ripe bananas and plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream and it came out wonderfully. It took 1 hr in my oven. I used the Pyrex 8X4 loaf pan so I did wind up with extra batter. I put that into two small (5") spring form pans which only took 30 mins. Incredibly moist and just enough sweetness. Brilliantly s"

*update to my earlier review* I made these again yesterday and they came out perfect! The only changes I made were to halve the recipe and bake in a 9 inch square METAL pan. It set beautifully and now I am wondering if the metal vs. the glass pan made the difference. Ina uses a metal pan in her video as well. In any case, jiggly problem solved!""

It was super tasty but the texture was not as written or seen on the video. I baked in a 13X9 Pyrex dish and the crust turned out perfect. The filling was very jiggly even after 35 mins and the center was downright gooey. I wish I know how to fix that because the overall flavor was gorgeous - this coming from a chocolate fiend!"
