I made a homemade smoker in my oven. In my largest baking pan, I put two bricks with a rack on top, and a tin-foil "pouch" with water-soaked wood chips underneath the rack. Put the roast on the rack and covered very tightly with foil. Cooked a 6-lb roast 6 hours and it was fantastic. The sauce was too sweet. Next time I will use the brown suga"

A family fav. But make it easy on yourself and use frozen bread dough. Fun to experiment. (I made a cheeseburger one with ground beef, american cheese, pickles, ketchup and mustard.)
