Good base recipe. I doubled the sauce and substituted haricot verts as I didn't have enough spinach in my garden. The balance of the brandy sauce with the tangy lemon on the vegies added nice layers of flavor. oh, and I thickened the sauce slightly with corn starch.

Fabulous sauce! Could be used on almost any meat or tofu. I didn't have an orange, so I added the orange juice from concentrate and grated in some lime zest. Also hubby can't have the peppers and it was still tasty and complex on the pallet. "
