"Made this tonight for dinner and wasn't disappointed. It's flavorful with just a little bit of heat behind it. Going to try freezing some of the leftovers as we're only a 3 person household and this made a big pot of chili."
About Me
I'm a solo parent of a 3 year and my vegetarian niece joined our household earlier this year. I'm working on cooking healthy no-meat meals (or meat on the side meals) and have a fabulous time rediscovering my love of cooking!
