My Activity
Reviewed Cinnamon Rolls
"These were very good. I used brown sugar for the filling and it turned out great. The frosting reminded me of Cinnabon. I would definitely make again and for overnight guests this would be impressive. I let mine rise 3 hours, then 45 after rolled and put in fridge covered overnight. Still turned out good."
Reviewed Perfect Pot Roast
"This is sooooo delicious! I went to the grocery store with my brain on auto pilot to make it again and accidentally bought a round roast instead of a chuck roast. Grrr. It is so not going to taste as good, but I'll still prepare it the same way. Can't wait to make it for my in-laws."
Reviewed Balsamic Steak With Radicchio
"I made this exactly as instructed and consider myself an intermediate home cook. The radicchio was very bitter. So bitter we couldn't eat it. I was wondering if this was how it was supposed to taste, as I haven't had radicchio before (I'm thinking it wasn't a good head of radicchio)?. I would like to try to make it again, but don't know what I could've done differently.
Reviewed Salmon Florentine
"Yay! Healthy and delicious! And fancy-looking, too.
This will go in our dinner rotation for sure. Pairs well with
a nice creamy risotto.
Reviewed Espresso Chocolate Mousse with Orange Mascarpone Whipped Cream
"It's been three hours and the mousse hasn't thickened up. I followed the directions
and used the exact ingredients....wondering why some are getting it right and others
are not???
Reviewed Perfect Roast Chicken
"Phenomenal! This dish has two things going for it. One, it's easy. Two, it's delicious. If you are looking to impress, look no further! I made a gravy with the drippings, a little cornstarch and kosher salt/pepper and then drizzled it on the slices of chicken once I plated them. Add potatoes to the roasting pan and you've got a meal. I'm adding this to my dinner rotation. Thanks, Ina!
