Reviewed Penne With Vodka Sauce
"Definitely would make this again. My only suggestion, make sure you cook down the vodka. I don't know if I used too good of vodka or just didn't cook it down enough but we could still taste it a little more than usual. Overall very good and easy.
Reviewed Fettuccine With Quick Ragu
"I used ground turkey and would suggest Italian sausage to add more flavor. Like many cooks, we improvise and rather than a cup of whole milk I used 1/2 cup skim and 1/2 cup cream. Reduce the cup of water to either 1/2 of 3/4 and because a full cup didn't seem to cook down as quickly. I agree with the previous review, chop your own veggies, food processor wasn't needed.
