"I made this for my picky 16-year old. He's now made it twice for himself within a few days. The counterbalance between the sweetness of the figs, and the saltiness of the cheese is perfect. This has it all...creaminess from the mortadella, and crunch from the crust (we cut off the hard crust before grilling). We love your show. Congrats!""
