Reviewed fish tacos

Off the hook good. Used yellow tail my husband caught in Mexico. Didn't have Napa cabbage. Used regular but cut the tough ribs out and chiffonaded it, added farmer's market radishes and carrots (julienned.) The marinade for the fish was so delish and I cooked for 8 min and it came out perfect. Will do again and again and again, yum.

Reviewed Dry Rubbed Flank Steak

This was awesome. I didn't have dry mustard so I subbed Dijon with the rest of the ingredients. OMG it rocked. Served with farm fresh sweet bbq'd corn. My neighbor called and said she had a lot of mussels in wine left over so this surf and turf dinner was out of this world. The chimmichuri will be added to a little mayo for a sandwich spread."

Reviewed Tuna Salad

Awesome. My husband just got back from a Baja fishing trip and we had fresh, fresh, fresh tuna. Made this and it was out of this world. I went a little heavy on the wasabi because we like it hot. Next time I will not sear the tuna. I think the texture would be better. The flavors are lovely."
