Reviewed Chocolate Truffles

I haven't finished the process yet so I can't attest to the taste. I used milk chocolate instead of white chocolate. Unless Claire must have shaved that white chocolate, there is no way she got 14 oz of it to melt in 1/3 cup of cream. I heated another 1/3 cup and put the mixture over a double boiler. I also added nuts to mine. It's in the fridge...
