No oven temp in the recipe but 375 for 50 minutes worked well as suggested in another review. Pulled mine out after 45 minutes as I like my apples on the crunchy side. Had mixed dried fruits and almonds on hand. Also used a splenda/brown sugar mix instead. Turned out great as a side dish to stuffed pork chops (another Neely's recipe)....... DELICI"

Great flavor. Couldn't stop eating the stuffing after I made it. A few modifications..... used half the amount of salt in the brine to keep the sodium down. Seasoned the pork chops with Paula Dean's house seasoning. Used 1-1/2 inch thick pork chops instead of 2. Started cooking on the grill but did not look done, so I finished them off in the oven"
