Reviewed Haddock Margarita with Pan Roasted Potatoes

Potatoes were a good compliment to the fish with the sauce. I usually egg then flour my fish so I was pleased with the result of the egg on the outside. The sauce went good with the fish and as a bed for the potatoes. I wish that I would have fried my potatoes a little longer but I couldn't wait to get eating.

So good. I used crab stock that I made with my extra crablegs fom dinner earlier. I also put in some extra scallops, shrimp & cod that I needed to use up from the last couple nights of dinners that I lightly precooked with the lemon pepper. I made a little extra sauce for an additional layer. I also used some leftover red marinara on one of the layers to brighten up the flavor a little bit. It was awesome!"
