"Creamy and delicious. The key is to make sure your pasta is hot when you add all the ingredients. You can not make the pasta in advance and try to heat it up...It just doesn't work. It's macaroni and CHEESE so use the most flavorful cheese. I only use white extra sharp cheddar. It has become a recipe that everyone asks me to make for them. Don't overbake it. This recipe is easy. You can make all the other recipes with many cheese's but this is simple and if you use a great cheese, you can't go wrong
