"First time cooking a turkey so I knew I had to go to by girl Ina. And she didn't let me down! I bought a 14 lb. turkey so I adjusted the cooking time. It only took 3 hrs. Was planning on 3 1/2 but I tested it with my termometer right where Ina told me to and it was 172" I was worried I over cooked it but I didn't. It was so juicy and delicious!!! ""
