These rolls were awesome! I cut the recipe in half and it worked perfectly, so I'm not sure why some of the other reviewers had problems with the texture,etc. I did cut the rolls slightly larger than the 1/2 inch recommened in Ree's recipe which could account for the larger rise to the rolls.
