Reviewed Pappardelle with Scallops

This dish is definitely on the menu for my next dinner party. Really delicious! I didn't have truffle oil, but used some white truffle butter and it worked great. I also used Pappardelle's Lemon Basil Fettuccine (as Ina would say, "who wouldn't like that??) I might cut down on the red pepper flakes if kids were eating.. but oh my gosh this is...
