Wonderful, juicy, tender!!
This is going to replace my usual roast chicken recipe (sorry Julia Child).
It did take over an hour to cook but I find that is always the case with my oven so I just adjusted the time.
I do have to say that you can make this for under $10 IF you already have some of the stuff in your pantry....

This was good. I left out the the egg and instead added 5 oz of diced chicken. Also, I added 2 Tbl. of the hot sauce ( I like it hot) and left out the fish sauce (didnt have any).

Over all, this was great although a little dry.
