I added the zest of the lemon and limes to the batter. I felt the cake needed a little more of the glaze, so next time I would use 3/4 cup of each ingredient. And the frosting....every cream cheese frosting needs some vanilla! Overall, though, the texture was good and I had no issue with the setup of the cake. It was not oily, did not fall, lo"
