“These nachos were so good! The pick de gallo was simple, and tasted so great. For my family this made a lot of leftovers. I loved every bite....even reheated.
I opted not to make the cheese sauce, instead I sprinkled some shredded cheddar on the chips and nuked it for 20-30 seconds. No complaints!

“This recipe was fantastic. Made it tonight with the mushrooms my local Whole Foods had in stock. These were Cremini, Shitaki, Portabella cap (BIG!).
I've never actually used marscapone cheese, so I was excited to use a new ingredient. I tasted the marscapone straight from the container, and it didn't have much flavor.....UNTIL...”
