Reviewed Linguine with Lemon, Garlic and Thyme Mushrooms

"Definitely 5 stars!!! I never review although recipe is amazing and a 'keeper' according to my 11 year old son. I left the mushrooms soak in the lemon,oil,thyme for about 3 hours. I used about 3/4 lb Penne pasta instead of linguine. Very yummy!!"

Reviewed Company Shrimp and Mushroom Pasta

"SOOOOO GOOD! I basically used all the same ingredients, just a bit differently. Definitely had to add an extra clove of garlic. Only had a cup or so of cream so used that along with one lemon and the wine I had open was a Savignon Blanc. For the pasta I used Orchiette, perfect for this sauce. So, I worked with what I had and turned out to be great"

Reviewed Lasagna with Turkey Sausage

"Oh my gosh, best Lasagna ever and I'm married to an Italian that is such a food critic. I have supplemented the turkey sausage for what I have on hand. I've used half ground beef half sausage, all sausage, all ground turkey and every time we are not disappointed. I usually have leftovers to freeze and its just as good the second time around. The goat cheese is what is so amazing in this recipe. "
