i would definitely skip the food processor.... after all its shrimp and chestnuts... i wanna know what im eating, not eat my food completely mashed. mincing and cutting its fine. no processor needed....
the measurements on this have to be way off in my opinion. if you know how much salt is in fish sauce and soy sauce so be careful and you...
