"i am an american born armenian, my parents were from jordan. i laugh at how non middle east people interpit the middle eastern fare. radishes.olives, tomatoes,and cukes on the side.but for a real gourmet flair is chopped pistachio's sauted in butter and then drizzled on top of hummus when its done.
