Reviewed Chicken Empanadas
"I would strongly suggest that you cut back or even eliminate the salt. I used the 1 1/2 tsp. of salt as called for in the recipe and it was way too much; we had to throw out the extra filling because of this. I used canned white meat chicken instead of cooking my own just because of the lack of time and it was wonderful. Also, I used low-fat crescent dough by Pillsbury for the crust and it was fine. This is a very tasty recipe and I will make it again without the salt.
