"Just made a Gluten Free Version of this with Rice Angel Hair Pasta! We used Cheddar and sour cream because that is the cheese we had! Also had to add a little extra water (around a quarter of a cup) and added two extra minutes to the cooking time! I also had some pre-cooked ground London broil that I throughed in for good measure... but I think Chicken would have been better!

We didn't have wraps or anything on hand, but we put this on top of Tortilla chips and Corn Chips and it was a hit! Using Sauce I had made, and everthing I had on hand saved a trip to the store and made a meal I am sure to make again!

Now just to find a premade Taco seasoning blend that taste good and isn't too apicey...without cocoa, msg, and soy...I'll be set for pre-set easy meal even my husband could put together!
