Reviewed Crunchy, Oven Baked Chicken Toes
"Oh my... these are sooo good. I would have never imagined. I did change the recipe a bit. I didn't have corn flakes or regular bread crumbs. Therefore, I used one cup of italian bread crumbs and one cup of panco bread crumbs. It made for a really crispy coating. Also, I coated the chicken with salt and pepper in addition to what I added to the mixture. I put a small amount of honey in the egg mixture. Lastly I used pre-cut chicken wings. I cooked them to the recommended 165 degree tempeature for safe food. WOW!! these will defenetly make another showing in my home. I didn't even need sauce... they were so flaverful and juicy.. ENJOY."
"I would like to comment on the donout recipe. Sorry Bobby, you should throw this one out of the book. It is thick and dry although the flavor is not half bad. For the work it takes to make this recipe I'de rather hop on the train to get them from the not so nice guy. I know making donuts accurately and consistently is one of the hardest things to do. Keep to the Southwesteren cusine.. thats what you know. I only say this because I know you can take it - your an Iorn Chef..
