I have high cholesterol so did a lower fat version with flora buttery, 1/2 fat creme freche and left off the topping but it was still delicious and moist and I can eat lots of it. This cake was super easy to make, I just love Ida's no fancy no fuss cooking. Whatever way you make it you cannot go wrong :-D""
