About Me
I'm a current student at the Arts Institute of MI specializing in Bakery & Pastry Arts. I have been a Wilton Method Cake Decorating Instructor for almost a year. I own my own in-home bakery (Exquisite Specialty Cakes & Cupcakes) and am in the process of growing to a store location. I have been a self taught baker/ cake decorator for 6 years now and love it! I love trying new things and spending time in my kitchen.
Favorite Foods
Chocolate and Pastas are my weakness. I love to cook with fresh ingredients and find myself throwing things together just to see if it tastes good. I'm an experimenter in the kitchen.
