"I love this dish and I've never had celery root before! My only substitution was a combination of white wine and sparkling apple cider in place of the apple liquor that I didn't have. this was really adventurous for me but I loved it! BTW, add some extra bacon crumbled into the soup, it's a great finishing element.""
