Reviewed Chile Cheese Casserole
"Very easy to make and definitely tasty. I didn't use the sour cream but did use the salsa. It didn't come out as moist as I thought it would, but I think I needed to beat the eggs & egg whites longer to get them fluffy. I liked the green chilies in it - gave it a nice tastebud surprise! I would most definitely make it again.
