These were so delicious! I added some more salt and paprika, and they were amazing! The honey flavor came through, and the lemon flavor was kind of lost, but I still loved these so much. I'll definitely be making this recipe again!"

All of my guests loved this recipe, and a few asked for the recipe. I added figs to the walnut mixture and baked it a little longer. Amazing, absolutely amazing.

Everyone loved the stuffing! I should have used more jalapeno though. I also subbed turkey bacon because one of my guests doesn't eat pork and it was delicious!

I LOVED this recipe, and so did everyone in my house! I made a few changes: 1/2 the chicken stock, 4 adobo chiles, and TONS more chili powder, plus I added corn, a yellow pepper, and an orange pepper. This will be my go-to chili recipe from now on!

I really loved the recipe, but I didn't enjoy the short ribs. Perhaps it was just the quality of the ribs I bought, but they were very fatty, and while that is good for flavor, I didn't care for the texture or the fact that from 4.5 pounds of short ribs I got less than 1 pound of meat.
