"I am an avid Food Network person and prepare many recipes from the chefs but this one wound up being very "pasty" even though I reserved the liquid from the pasta. Nice flavor and crunch from the toasted bread crumbs but somehow the recommended pasta was too large to handle the ingredients. I missed it and I had my cheffy husband help but we could not recover the dish. Sorry Guy and Alex. Please help as I love anchovies and am one of the only persons I know that like them.
