I made this receipe exactly as prescripted. It is very good but missing a little kick. I would recommend 1 or 2 more additional Pablano chilies. My wife who does not like much spice felt it was a little bland but good. You can get away with 1/2 lb. more gound turkey. "

I had the butcher slice my meat 1/2" thick per the directions. However, I was unable to pound the meat thin anough. Therefore, rolling the meat with the stuffing was nearly impossible. However, the flavor was terrific. My only suggestions is to have the butcher slice the meat 1/4" thick."
