"Low and slow is the way to go, I made my own rub with brown sugar, cummin, tyme, black pepper, red pepper, and garlic powder but I will try this recipe in all its exactness soon.
I love to cook for my man. We just had a baby boy and I'm a stay at home mom. All I do is think of new foods to try but, I need to watch my portion sizes. Texas has great weather so, we'll be having picnics and cookouts this summer. Food is my passion and from an early age I've been taste testing, discovering my true culnary favorites. Still working on that last part.......
