Reviewed Slightly Adapted Mamo's Potato Pancakes
"This is the same as what my mom taught us except that we hand grate the potatoes on a box grater. Using a processor is much easier, bit we finely grate the tater's and doing that can cause it to become pasty on a processor. I still think they are the best I have ever tasted!
