Love this!! I lightened up the sugar a little. I used 2 1/2 12 lb bags with 1 cup sugar, divided it between 3 gallon mason jars and let it sit with vodka for 2-3 weeks. Then, I filled clear wine bottles with screw tops that I had washed out and saved. Perfect holiday gifts.""

My husband and I LOVED this idea!! I didn't follow the recipe very closely, but the concept of pumpkin, peanut butter and the 5-spice shrimp was awesome. I used chicken stock instead of the pasta water to thin the sauce, slightly increased the peanut butter, decreased the pumpkin, added some mirin, lime juice, and sriracha, and left out the cur...
