"Great recipe, my husband loved it. Made a few changes, sauted, asparagus, mushrooms, carrots, peas in alittle olive oil (more flavorful that way). Cooked the onion and prosciutto and garlic in separate pan, then combined with other vegatables, then added cream, etc. Also added parmesan cheese. Would be great with tortellini too. I have a similiar"

"Wonderful recipe, my husband must have said at least 3 or 4 times, "really good" I used pork chops instead since I really never cook with veal. I think it would be good with chicken breasts also."
