Reviewed Foolproof Standing Rib Roast
"All reviews are right on! This is a fool proof rib roast recipe and the weight should not factor into cooking time. My roast was 7.85 pounds, I cooked the one hour, three hour rest and 30 min warm-up. We like our prime rib rare, and it was, however the family was so ready to dive in we did not give it the full 20 minute rest period which would have brought the middle to perfect temp. Happy Holidays!!

"Terrific and healthy marinade! I use balsamic vinegar and a course deli mustard. Be careful not to over cook the chicken or it will taste dry. For some reason, with this marinade, the chicken seems to cook faster! Watch your grill!!
