Reviewed Spinach and Citrus Salad with Sweet and Spicy Pecans

Very good salad! I love Melissa's show and book. I think the dressing was too much for 1 bag of lettuce it was over dressed. I used spring mix. Everyone loved it. I used canned oranges drained and regular orange juice since I was out of the fruit. Would be good with feta on it too. "

This is fantastic! I agree foil is not necessary. I also agree having more cheescake filling would balance it better but love the topping. I added cloves and extra cinnamon to apples. I also added cinnamon to topping. Maybe try using smaller pan and less topping. Topping freezes really well I always make extra and have it on hand for apple crisp. "

Yum! Served this tonight for dinner party. Full of flavor I used boneless chicken breast and I pounded them thin. I finished it in the oven. "

This recipe is awesome! Very easy and if you like to bake most likely you have ingredients on hand. I did not use candy canes as I prefer to just serve with vanilla bean ice cream. I'm not a big peppermint fan in dessert. These do not reheat well so baking and serving same day is best. "

This was so easy to make and perfectly gooey! I served it with vanilla bean ice cream and everyone loved it. It baked it a few hours before serving but I warmed it in oven before serving and it was great. I used coffee liquor and I agree adding the liquor adds depth. Ina is my favorite chef and this was another great recipe! if you like lava type "

Reviewed Harvest Margarita

This was so good! A different twist for the fall/holiday cocktails. I think I will let the simple syrup steap longer then an hour next time for a more intense flavor but it was perfect just as recipe reads. I did make more then one drink so I used about 1.5 cups tequila, 1/2 cup lime juice about 3-4 limes, the entire simple syrup recipe, bitters a"

Reviewed Roasted Tomato and Onion Dipping Sauce

Sep 25, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This sauce is so yummy! I made it and served it with spaghetti and fresh basil, Parmesan, and sliced grape tomatoes. I'm trying it tomorrow mixed into Melissa's weeknight bolognese sause instead of using the tomatoe paste. I wanted to try the roasted tomato sauce with protein so I thought it would be a nice pairing. "

These brownies are so yummy! I was really suprised and so happy to have another source to use unused black beans. Both my girls ( 4 yrs and 1.5)loved them. My 4 year old was the true test! Once she ate them I knew I found a new favorite dessert item. I needed to cook them about 10 minutes longer and I will reduce the instant coffee to half tsp nex"
