This was a huge hit with the dinner party! Absolutely light....and wonderfully tasty. We had a rich dinner of salmon wellington....therefore I didn't want anything too heavy...this was perfect!!! Thank You for a wonderful recipe....this is a keeper!

Thanks Alton! I served this with Salmon Wellington. I was concerned about the richness of the sauce with already rich dish....however, the lemon in this added the much needed acid to cut through all the butter. It was perfect with the dish! Rave reviews!!! I did add some thyme for a hint of herb in the dish.

This was probably the best Lasagna I have ever tasted! I never leave reviews...but this one deserves it!! I did add more veggies..more zucchini, mushrooms, red pepper and as several had posted I added roasted jalapenos to the sauce. I blended part of the sauce with the peppers then added that to the other sauce with the whole corn kernels in it.."
