Reviewed Traditional Apple Pie
"This pie was a hIt this Thanksgiving. But next time I would use less sugar, 1 1/2 cups would be plenty. I made it with the Barefoot Contessa's "Perfect Pie Crust" recipe which is also on this site.
Reviewed Perfect Pie Crust
"This pie crust is awesome. I don't own a food processor so I cut in the butter by hand (very slowly and never with a kneading motion so as as not to over mix). I also substituted the cold water with Orange Juice. This went perfectly with the Traditional Apple Pie recipe which I also grabbed from the Food Network site http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/tylers-ultimate/traditional-apple-pie-recipe/index.html
