Reviewed Four-Step Lemon-Onion Chicken

I made this and it was quite tasty. I will make it again and tweek the recipe to be a bit more subtle in the lemon and give a pinch more pepper and garlic -- not too much though. We like spinach so I used 2 bags and could have used more...served with rice and fresh buttered bread to mop up yummy sauce. I did use wine, white vermouth, a very good "
