My Activity

Reviewed Parmesan-Crusted Pork Chops

"Wow, is there some kind of magic in that breading? These were the best pork chops I've ever had. Not dry, and so flavorful! Thank you Giada, once again, for a perfect recipe!"

Reviewed Two Sauce Weeknight Lasagna Bowls

"This was absolutely fabulous! I too used a whole can of tomato paste, and used Marsala wine, which has a very strong flavor. It took about 45 mins to make, but I don't mind - it was worth it. Will definitely make this again!"

Reviewed Buttery Spinach and Mushrooms

"Definitely a keeper - delish! I love reading the reviews - I also substituted sour cream for the heavy cream, and used shallots instead of leeks. Also grated a little fresh nutmeg. I agree, more spinach is needed. Will definitely make again!"

Reviewed The Ultimate Beef Stew

"This was the best beef stew I've ever made. I made it pretty much to the recipe, except I used a regular chopped onion and skipped the peas. I used only 2 strips of orange zest, and wrapped it in some cheesecloth with the bay leaves and cloves - then it was easy to remove. I didn't think the flavors were too overpowering. But I must say - the Horseradish sour cream made the dish - even my husband who doesn't care for horseradish, loved it, and even added more!"

Reviewed Crunchy Sweet Brussels Sprout Salad

"I am a brussels sprout convert now as well! Never liked them, but followed the recipe and what other reviewers said (cooked them in bacon grease and added crumbled bacon at the end) and also finished with butter. Wow - delish!!
