Reviewed Foolproof Standing Rib Roast
"Recipe is foolproof and works great. The only clarification from the recipe that I would like to add was that during the last hour you want to cook the roast for 25 to 30 minutes and then remove from the oven to stand for 15 to 20 minutes to finish cooking and then cut and serve. All of those times added together equals about an hour. At least that is what worked best for us.
