4 stars, as is. But, it can be 5 stars with just a little more effort. Add Old Bay seasonings to your liking...I like a lot. I always make with 2 eggs, and I add freshly grated parmasean to the mixture. Probably about 1/4 cup. Lastly, I use two of the large foil packets of salmon. Not sure how that translates to the amount originally called for, b"
