For those of you that said this was dry probably did not catch the key word "cooked" elbow noodles. If you make this recipe by measuring out 4 cups of uncooked noodles you actually have 8 cups of cooked noodles and this means you have doubled your noodles and did not double the rest of your ingredients, leaving you mac dry..
