Reviewed New Potatoes with Grilled Onion Butter

Sep 17, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I really enjoyed Amy's show. She is so down to earth. I just may try some food I'm not use to eating, ie: collard greens. I look forward to future shows."

The family loved his soup. Well, not the 9 year old boy. He's hard to please. The rest of us loved it. Fresh picked corn gave it an amazing taste. Definitely a keeper."

I made this and it was delicious. I used regular sausage since the HOT had MSG. I did add the two cans of green chilies and three cans of Rotel tomatoes with chilies. One can was the Mexican style. Love it! "

OMG, I made this recipe and hubby and I totally loved it. I've never used thyme and rosemary to roast beef. I'm the onion soup girl. No more! The flavor was incredible. The carrots were not mushy either. I ended up cooking 4 and half hours. I followed the recipe exact with the beef broth, no wine. And the house smelled fabulous. Even the ...

Loved this! The sauce was smooth and creamy. I'm not a drinker so I used 1/2 the vodka, make try more next time just to try the difference, added chunky cut mushrooms and my husband and I loved it. Took it to work the next day for my daughter and she loved it too! Thank you, it was fast and easy and can so much can be added to make it different....

Reviewed Chocolate Sheet Cake

Sep 3, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This cake is better than The Texas Sheet Cake recipe. I don't add cinnamon and we all love it. I'm a cinnamon person, but not in my chocolate cake. This recipe and the frosting is a huge success with crowds. Example: For a funeral luncheon I made two sheet cakes. Large crowd! One was Ree's recipe and the other was The Texas Sheet Cake recipe (m...

Reviewed Chicken Fried Steak with Gravy

Aug 27, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Congratulations, Ree, I loved your first episode. The chicken fried steak is awesome. I've made it before from your cookbook which has yummy recipes. Paula Deen cringe from your recipes, no way! You two are like two peas in a pod. You made 5 pounds of potatoes, not two potatoes and gave them love. You have some hard working people you are cooking...
