Reviewed Braised Short Ribs

I followed the recipe and it was wonderful and very tasty. I did lower the temp after one hour to 350 and my short ribs were pretty small so I did not bake as long. The meat was tender and so good! I'm going to use the left over sauce on pasta. Great recipe! Definitely a keeper.

Easy recipe to follow and the results were great! Very tasty bread. I kept one loaf for our family and gave one to a friend who finished it in one evening! Looking forward to making this again.
