Hi, I'm from the island of Oahu in the beautiful state of Hawaii! We have great food here and some pretty good home cooking both by the men and women. It's a family event to cook and eat here!! I would like to get a little bit out of the rut I'm in of cooking the same dishes. I'm branching out and my family will be my guinea pigs, sorry, taste testers, I mean! Aloha, me I'm 58.
