"These were very good enchiladas. However, there are a lot of steps and my kitchen was a mess. I have a small kitchen too so I ran out of room. I think if you have a large kitchen and a lot of room to work, these might be easier to make. They were still very good enchiladas, I just think I may look for a simpler version in the future."

"I love pea soup. This soup was SO easy and really delicious. The whole thing took less than 20 minutes. I used store bought chicken stock and it was just fine! I also used an immersion blender.
