I have been making crepes for 8 yrs with my hubby's family recipe, but this had less flour and more eggs and is now our favorite new crepe recipe!!! We won't go back... Easy to spread in pan, and yummy flavor with all the eggs. We don't usually add vanilla, but will occasionally for a different flavor.""
